The Program: A presentation by Coast Guard Capt. Richard Rooth and Capt.-Select Brian Marvin

of the Coast Guard Personnel Service Center in Topeka, discussing the Department

of Homeland Security and how the Coast Guard works within the new department.

Social Hour: 1800 hours                     Dinner: 1900 hours

The Menu:  Chicken Alexander, baked potato, vegetable, rolls, salad, tea or coffee and dessert
